Homemade biscuits and gravy (THE best version)


Elevate the classic southern dish with the best ingredients and you’ll have a family favorite that is also nourishing!


•1 bag of Red Bell Homemade biscuits

•1lb of Middleton’s All Natural Meats sausage

•2 1/2 cups of Red Bell whole raw milk (more cream is better)

•1/4 cup of organic unbleached flour

• Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven according to biscuit directions


Brown sausage in cast iron pan (yes, it makes all the difference!) on medium heat

Once sausage is cooked, add flour to pan and whisk until combined


Add in milk and whisk until milk thickens to gravy


Add salt and pepper to taste


Serve over warm biscuits


A hearty, tasty meal that sticks with you for the days work.
